Who you are purchasing from

Xiamen Yueyanfang Network Technology Co., Ltd., trading under the name Monvexam, is the seller for purchases on www.monvexam.com. These Terms of Purchase address orders, payment and after-sales matters. Read them with Shipping Policy and Return Policy for delivery and return details, and with Terms of Use for website access.

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or act with appropriate authority. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact information and review the item, quantity, variant and total before payment.

An automated order receipt acknowledges your submission; it does not by itself confirm acceptance. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept it earlier. Payment may be authorized or collected earlier. If we cannot accept an order, we notify you and promptly refund any amount collected for it.

Product information and intended use

The product description identifies the item and included components. Check dimensions, materials, capacity, temperature limits and appliance compatibility before ordering. Photographic props are not included unless specified. Minor display differences do not excuse a materially incorrect product.

Follow the product's instructions. Do not assume that kitchenware is suitable for direct flame, food storage, high heat, microwaves, dishwashers or induction unless the item is described for that use. These instructions do not exclude our responsibility for unsafe, defective or misdescribed goods.

Prices and checkout payments

Prices and the transaction currency are shown before payment. Shipping and taxes collected by us are included in the checkout total. Any customer-paid import charges must be disclosed under Shipping Policy before purchase. The payment methods offered are those displayed at checkout; availability can vary by destination.

If a material price or description error affects an unaccepted order, we explain the issue and seek your agreement to the correct terms or cancel and refund it. We do not increase an accepted order's price without your agreement. Discounts apply only under their disclosed conditions.

Availability and cancellation

If an item becomes unavailable, we contact you about waiting, a suitable alternative or a refund. We do not substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Reasonable fraud or payment checks may be necessary; we do not retain payment for an order that we cancel.

Request changes promptly. Cancellation before dispatch carries no cancellation fee. Once dispatched, use the Return Policy. Approved cancellation refunds are initiated promptly and no later than 5 business days after confirmation, or sooner if required by law.

Delivery and remedies

We currently ship only to the United States and fulfil orders from our own warehouse in the United States. Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. After dispatch, standard shipping is estimated to take 5 business days and fast shipping is estimated to take 3 business days. Standard shipping costs US$3.99 below US$39.00 and is free for orders of US$39.00 or more; fast shipping costs US$6.99. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. See Shipping Policy for delivery details. We remain your contact for a late, lost or damaged shipment. Return Policy provides 180-calendar-day requests for eligible unused returns, return postage allocation and refund timing. Returns are sent to our U.S. return warehouse; customers pay postage for preference-based returns, while damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled at no additional cost. Contact support for the exact warehouse address before sending a return. Claims about faulty goods are not restricted to the voluntary return period.

Law and disputes

These purchase terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China applicable in mainland China, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you habitually reside. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute; nothing here requires you to abandon a court, remedy or protection that mandatory law provides.

A revision to these terms applies to later purchases. Your order remains governed by the version applicable when it was placed, except for changes required by law or expressly agreed with you.
